Elizabeth is a Staffordshire-based artist, having moved up from the Cotswolds a few years ago. Originally a pet portrait artist, working in pencils and pastels, she has begun to do more contemporary work and is exploring different mediums. Elizabeth usually takes her inspiration from nature but is sometimes inspired to paint something as simple as a rusty bolt or padlock. Although she still does pet portraits when required, she is enjoying exploring other subjects. Retirement offers plenty of time to relax and enjoy her art.
